Molecular Biology methods practicals

Dear participants of Mol Biol methods practicals,

We are getting close to our experiments. During these practicals we will try some Real time PCR measurements, immuno-histochemistry, and some simple DNA and protein experiments.

Since Real time PCR and immuno-histochemistry are methods that we have to perform at the Institute of Entomology (and our laboratories are rather small) we need to split all participants into 3 groups (each of 6 persons) for these first two experiments. These “in group” experiments will be performed during the next week (Tuesday May 12 – Friday May 15). The following week (May 18-May 21) we will spend all together at some faculty lab.

Below is a schedule for the next week, please let mi know which group you prefer, or, let me know if it does not fit at all with your exams, lectures etc.
